Ted A. Lennard, MD

Dr. Lennard is a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist with more than 25 years of experience in spine care. He has given lectures worldwide on spinal injuries, spine anatomy and injection procedures. Dr. Lennard has authored medical research articles and book chapters, and he has edited seven textbooks in the fields of pain management and spine conditions, including:

  • Motor Vehicle Accidents
  • Pain Procedures in Clinical Practice, 2nd Edition
  • Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Pearls
  • Spine in Sports

Dr. Lennard regularly treats patients with spine injuries and disease. As a result he is frequently asked to give opinions on causation, extent of injury, and future medical care by the legal community. He noticed the difficulty jurors, judges, insurance adjustors, and attorneys experienced in visualizing injuries and diseases within the spine, thus the idea for OrthoClick® was created. While not working Dr. Lennard enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Dan Blincoe

Dan Blincoe

Dan Blincoe is a widely known expert in orthopedic programming and 3D interactive modeling due to his creativity, artistry and meticulous attention to detail. He has an extensive background in digital animation, imagery and design services. His spine and joint animation work has received notable reviews from spine and joint physicians and surgeons. Dan has been recognized by industry peers for high-quality productions and has won numerous awards in design and interactive media.

Dan has developed 3D animation departments at Tchoukaleff, Kelly and Associates, The Farnsworth Group, H Design Group LLC, Bass Pro Shops and Motion Notion. He earned his architectural degree from Drury University in 1997 and studied at Edinburgh College of Art. When Dan is not working at his computer he enjoys time with his wife and two children.


Orthopedic Programmer

Zach Eastin

Zach Eastin

Zach Eastin, Orthopedic Programmer, joined the Orthoclick® team in October, 2015. He earned a degree in computer animation from Missouri State University where he developed a solid reputation among his professional peers in the area of live action, VFX, and animation based visual models. In 2015, Zach was the primary VFX artist in an international nominated best film called "What Makes Us Human" gripped for an ADDY award commercial. When not working on digital spine and joint models for Orthoclick®, Zach enjoys designing websites, playing the piano, and volunteering at his church.

Caroline Miller

Caroline Miller

Caroline Miller, Orthopedic Programmer, with OrthoClick®, is an experienced designer with a degree in Computer Animation from Missouri State University. From her endeavors to study abroad in Japan and her exceptional portfolio, Caroline has won awards and gone on to lead in the community as a representative for exchange students developing their creative talents. She brings with her a background in both 2D and 3D animation as well as programming skills. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing video games, and cooking.

Edward Macdonald

Edward Macdonald

Edward Macdonald, VP of Sales and Marketing at Orthoclick® is a Sales Executive with 25 years of experience across three continents, having lived in South Africa, Chile and now back in the USA. He brings his sales knowledge and diverse background to the Orthoclick® team. After finishing up school in Cape Town, Edward’s family moved to Chile were he started, owned and managed a ship supply company for 11 years and a medical supply company for 3 years. After living in Chile for 17 years, married with two young children, Edward sold both businesses and moved with his family back to the USA to the city of Springfield, Missouri. Fluent in three languages Edward’s communication and sales skills have helped develop and expand sales into traditional and non-traditional markets throughout his career in various industries. Today he is very excited to be leading the sales team at OrthoClick® and “Bringing Imaging to Life”.


Business Development Director-Florida

Jacqui Cooley

Jacqui Cooley

Jacqui Cooley, Business Development Director-Florida is a Sales and Marketing Executive with 26 years of experience. Jacqui's career started after graduating from the prestigious College Program at Walt Disney World. She is a native Floridian born in Tampa, and currently resides in beautiful Downtown Orlando. She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Her experience includes co-founder of a national travel nurse company, as well as the founder and owner of a goods and services company. Jacqui is very active in the Central Florida Charity community and is a key participant in the sponsorship of the national Angelman Syndrome Foundation walk and local fundraisers. She is also a committee member for a 2018 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year nominee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Opportunity Center of Osceola County Florida, a learning and work center which provides services to adults with developmental disabilities.
